African-American Resource Group

The African American Resource Group aims to provide an organizational framework and medium for professional development and advancement opportunities for African Americans at M&T Bank. The Resource Group empowers its members to promote M&T Bank to potential employees and customers while promoting diversity for M&T's business strategy and recruitment/retention practices.
