The actual timeframe can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project, as well as any client feedback or revisions that may be necessary. We will work closely with our clients to establish a timeline and schedule that works for both parties and make sure to communicate any changes or updates throughout the process. The following outlines our policy around how we work and our standard turnaround times on projects we complete on your behalf.

Hours of Operation.

Projects are only completed during business hours (Monday - Friday; 9 am - 6 pm).

Project Priority

All requested projects will be priortized on a first come first serve basis. This means that project start times may vary depending on projects we may be currently working on for you and/or other clients. If we are currently working on a project for you that you'd like us to pre-prioritize please let us know and we will readjust our project work schedule.

Social Media Management

Social Media (SM) Management is a key part of our business and ensuring each of our clients have a consistent online brand image is important to us. Projects requested on days when SM scheduling work is in progress (typically 5 days in duration) may be delayed or postponed; however, this will be communicated prior to the agreed upon project start date.
